THE BRIEF
Agent3 came to us during their pivotal transition to the Agent3 Group, combining three agencies into one and they had a clear vision for their content; to showcase their reimagined identity through a captivating narrative that resonated with their audience. The challenge was to utilise retention editing techniques to transfrom the aptly named interview-style "UNBOXED" series into a powerful ABM narrative catalyst.

PODCAST-STYLE RETENTION EDITING
We wanted to cut through the noise and keep people hooked. We conducted research into the techniques that make the best educational podcasts and interviews so entertaining. Transforming long interviews into gripping narratives that held people's attentions. Every edit served the purpose of keeping people engaged while delivering complex topics in digestible, impactful moments. No filler, just results.
CONTENT REPURPOSING STRATEGY
We transformed single pieces of content into multi-platform powerhouses. Taking the comprehensive impact of the full episode and crafting bite sized, potent snippets that became the heartbeat of reach. But we didn't stop there, we created high-impact trailers that became the standout pieces in the campaign, immediately hooking viewers and leaving them wanting to know more, driving serious traffic back to the original episode
PRODUCTION PROCESS OPTIMISATION
True optimisation happens when strategy meets insight, we wanted to provide Agent3 with the best aid to create the best content possible. Through meticulous sessions of discussion we reverse engineered the raw footage to see what could be improved when recording more interviews in the future, further streamlining the production process without having stepped foot into the studio ourselves.
